Managed Hosting Docker Application

You indicate the open-source application to deploy. We validate its compatibility within 48 business hours, then we install it in an isolated environment on our infrastructure. You receive your administrator access: the instance is yours, and your data is too.

We then handle operations: updates, system maintenance, verified backups, and availability monitoring.

Included services

• Isolated environment: dedicated system user and private network
• Custom domain name and automatically renewed SSL/TLS certificate
• Automatic updates: minor versions and security patches
• Host system maintenance
• Offsite daily backups, kept for one year
• On-demand restoration for any point within the last 365 days
• Availability supervision, with alerts and intervention
• One hour of technical support per year
• Reversibility: full export of your data on demand

Excluded services

Invoiced by quote or at the hourly rate of €100 excluding tax:

• Application functional configuration, training, and user support
• Application development, integrations, and debugging
• Major version migration involving a breaking change
• Recovery of data lost due to your own action
• Commercial licenses that may be required by the application publisher

Excluded from the scope of the offer: message relay, mining, P2P exchange, video broadcasting, and any use generating a high continuous load.

Accuracy

The offer covers infrastructure and its operation, excluding the applications themselves. You are free to choose the deployed software and retain ownership; it is your responsibility to ensure that its use complies with the publisher's license.

Each plan includes one hour of annual support. Changing plans is free of charge and prorated.
