With LRob, you can change your offer at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To downgrade an offer, however, you need to make sure that the new offer you have chosen can hold your data. If in doubt, contact your LRob support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LRob offer change procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in to your customer area on the LRob portal https:\/\/portail.lrob.fr\/mon-compte\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go to \"My subscription\" and scroll down to \"Upgrade and downgrade\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Choose your new offer and click on \"Change subscription\".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on \"View basket<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Complete the order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
