It allows you to administer various aspects of your web hosting from a central location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plesk lets you :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage your <strong>email addresses<\/strong> (create, modify, delete)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your <strong>FTP access<\/strong> (user creation, modification)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your <strong>databases<\/strong> (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage your <strong>web server<\/strong> (PHP versions, SSL\/TLS certificate installation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And many more features to suit your needs...<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"acces-a-plesk\">Access to Plesk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"url-dacces\">Access URL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The URL to access your <strong>Plesk control panel<\/strong> is sent to you by email when you activate your services. The URL may be subject to change, in which case you will receive an email notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Active LRob connection URLs (March 2026) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/host01.lrob.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/host01.lrob.net\/<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/srv02.lrob.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/srv02.lrob.net\/<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that our servers feature anti-bruteforce protection. In the event of repeated failed login, a block may occur. If necessary, perform a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/support\/ip-unlocking\/\">IP unlock request<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"identifiants\">Identifiers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Shared server<\/strong> Your login is based on your <strong>name<\/strong> or <strong>company<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VM or dedicated server<\/strong> Your login is usually <strong>\"admin\"<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"changer-mon-mot-de-passe\">Change my password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish to change the password of your <strong>Plesk control panel<\/strong>follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Connection<\/strong><br>Log in to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/doc\/wiki-hosting\/plesk-control-panel\/\">Plesk control panel<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access your profile<\/strong><br>In the left-hand pane, click on <strong>\"Account<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Change password<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"My profile<\/strong> in the upper buttons, then enter your new password in both fields. Alternatively, click on <strong>\"Generate<\/strong> for a random password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Validate<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"OK<\/strong> or <strong>\"Apply<\/strong> to validate the change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mot-de-passe-oublie\">Password forgotten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you've lost your password, follow the recovery procedure :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Click on \"Forgot password<\/strong><br>On the Plesk login page, click on <strong>\"Forgot your password?<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enter your email address<\/strong><br>Enter the email address associated with your Plesk account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Receive email<\/strong><br>You will receive an email with a link to reset your password in just a few minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your email address in Plesk is no longer valid, or if you encounter any other difficulties, please create a new email address. <strong>support ticket<\/strong> for assistance : <a href=\"https:\/\/portail.lrob.fr\/support\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/portail.lrob.fr\/support\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"erreur-courante\">Current error<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you use your <strong>hosted email address<\/strong> (for example <strong><a>moi@monsite.com<\/a><\/strong>) as your login instead of your username. <strong>Plesk<\/strong>You'll only be able to manage your mailbox, not your entire domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"utilisation-de-plesk\">Using Plesk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ajouter-un-domaine\">Add a domain<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This feature is designed for <strong>resellers<\/strong>customers <strong>multi-domain<\/strong> or server owners <strong>VM<\/strong> or <strong>dedicated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Access to domain management<\/strong><br>In Plesk, click on <strong>\"Domains<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add a domain<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"Add a domain<\/strong>then follow the steps below :\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Domain name<\/strong> Enter the domain name to be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assign to a customer<\/strong> If you manage domains for customers, select the option <strong>\"Assign this domain to a customer<\/strong>otherwise leave this option blank.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Create a subscription<\/strong> Leave this option enabled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FTP username<\/strong> Select a user name for this domain (used for FTP access).
