You can also click on <strong>\"Generate<\/strong>then on <strong>\"Show \"<\/strong> to view and copy your password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activate anti-spam<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>\"Spam filter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check box <strong>\"Activate spam filter<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finalize creation<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"OK<\/strong> to register your new email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"changer-un-mot-de-passe-email\">Change email password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the password of an existing e-mail address :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Go to Plesk Control Panel<\/strong><br>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/doc\/wiki-hosting\/plesk-control-panel\/\">Plesk control panel<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navigate to email addresses<\/strong><br>Under your domain, click on <strong>\"Email addresses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select email address<\/strong><br>Click on the email address whose password you wish to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Change password<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the new password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can also click on <strong>\"Generate<\/strong>then on <strong>\"Show \"<\/strong> to view and copy your new password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save changes<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"OK<\/strong> to confirm the password change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow is-style-plain--1\">\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong> If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/doc\/wiki-hosting\/plesk-control-panel\/\">Plesk control panel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reponse-automatique-email\">Automatic email response<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow is-style-plain--2\">\n<p><strong>Caution!<\/strong> Activating automatic response is <strong>strongly recommended<\/strong> because it can lead to automatic replies to all incoming e-mails, including newsletters and spam, which could make you look like a spammer. <strong>LRob<\/strong> reserves the right to delete any automatic reply that generates too much spam.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"utilisation-souhaitable\">Recommended use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you're on vacation, it can be useful to activate an automatic reply to inform your correspondents of your absence. Here's how to do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Go to Plesk Control Panel<\/strong><br>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/doc\/wiki-hosting\/plesk-control-panel\/\">Plesk control panel<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navigate to email addresses<\/strong><br>Under your domain, click on <strong>\"Email addresses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select email address<\/strong><br>Click on the desired email address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Configure automatic response<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>\"Automatic response<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check box <strong>\"Enable automatic response<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert your autoresponder message.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optional: Set a deactivation date<\/strong><br>Choose an end date for automatic deactivation, so that you don't forget to deactivate it manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Save changes<\/strong><br>Click on <strong>\"OK<\/strong> to activate automatic response.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"supprimer-une-adresse-email\">Delete an email address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow is-style-plain--3\">\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong> This operation is <strong>irreversible<\/strong>. Although it is possible to restore your emails from a backup, all preferences associated with this address will be lost.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete an email address :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Go to Plesk Control Panel<\/strong><br>Go to your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lrob.fr\/en\/doc\/wiki-hosting\/plesk-control-panel\/\">Plesk control panel<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Navigate to email addresses<\/strong><br>Under your domain, click on <strong>\"Email addresses<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Select the address to be deleted<\/strong><br>Check the box corresponding to the email address you wish to delete.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delete email address<\/strong><br>Above the address list, click on <strong>\"Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"vider-ma-boite-mail\">Empty my mailbox<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-style-plain is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow is-style-plain--4\">\n<p><strong>Tip<\/strong> To optimize disk space, remember to regularly delete e-mails with heavy attachments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NB<\/strong> : The disk space of a mailbox is generally used not by the number of mails, but by the attachments in these mails.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, you need to connect to your mailbox (see Connecting to email addresses ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"via-round-cube\">Via RoundCube webmail<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Connect to your mailbox via RoundCube webmail<\/strong><br>Go to page <a href=\"\/en\/doc\/e-mail\/login-to-email-addresses\/\">Connecting to email addresses<\/a> to log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sort emails by size<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the<strong>gear<\/strong> on the right of your inbox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate the <strong>\"Size<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then click on the \"Size\" column to sort your emails by decreasing size.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deleting bulky e-mails<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the largest e-mails (ctrl + click to select multiple e-mails).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>\"Delete<\/strong> at the top of the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empty garbage can<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>\"Basket<\/strong> in the left-hand tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the<strong>gear<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select option <strong>\"Empty<\/strong> to permanently
