And no GAFAM has access to this data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We process these statistics using a private instance of Matomo Analytics, a self-hosted system on our infrastructure. This data does not leave LRob, nor is it sold to third parties. LRob does not carry out any specific user profiling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-d8cd2560-67c7-11ee-9c55-614ed555f61c\">The following are collected: the website from which you visited us, the URLs of our site that you consulted, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymized IP address, information concerning the device you used (type of device, operating system, screen resolution, language, country in which you are located, and type of web browser).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, on sites that support authentication, such as portail.lrob.fr, where you can order products and services and open tickets, cookies are required for authentication. This is purely functional and does not constitute any use of personal data by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-fc3c57f0-67c7-11ee-9c55-614ed555f61c\" id=\"logs-serveur\">Server logs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-fe43e7c0-67c7-11ee-9c55-614ed555f61c\">Server logs record all requests and errors occurring on the web server. Conversations may be consulted by LRob to check that the service is working properly and to improve it. These exchanges may be used, masking any personal data, for example for educational and commercial communication purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Never communicate sensitive information via this chatbot: contact details, passwords, bank details, card numbers, health data, etc. LRob declines all responsibility in the event of voluntary transmission of such information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LRobot may make errors. The answers provided do not constitute a contractual commitment.
