Customer accounts
When you create a customer account on portail.lrob.fr, certain personal data is collected and processed in order to allow you to connect to your customer area to manage your account, and also to manage orders, track purchases, invoice history, communicate about subscribed services and provide support by support ticket.

Contact form
The data collected via forms is necessary to process your request and reply to your messages. Processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
In order to get back to you, we collect the data you provide via the site's contact forms:

- Your contact details: Email, telephone

An anti-robot Captcha module can let the service provider (hCaptcha, a GAFAM-independent system) know that your IP has visited this site.
Statistics & Cookies
When you visit our sites belonging to the lrob.fr domain, we may use cookies for statistical purposes, for audience measurement and to improve our site according to the content that interests you.
This data is not resold to any third-party organization. And no GAFAM has access to this data.

Server logs
Server logs record all requests and errors occurring on the web server. They are necessary for server operation and for diagnosing server-side errors generated by the website.
They also provide statistical usage calculated by the Plesk server, enabling abnormal requests such as DOS (denial of service) attacks to be identified.
Logs for the lrob.fr domain and its sub-domains are accessible only to the server administrator (Robin Labadie - LRob).
Retention time
Data linked to a customer account is kept for as long as the account is active, and for 5 years after the last order for purposes of accounting proof or dispute management, unless you request early deletion.
Your data entered in the form will be kept for a maximum of 5 years.
Anonymized statistical data and server logs are kept for a maximum of 3 years.
Privacy
Your personal data provided on this site will not be distributed or communicated to a third party without your knowledge.

Newsletters
Our policy is to send as few emails as possible, and to contact you directly only in the event of a major change. For example, if your subscribed offer had an upcoming change, or if maintenance was planned.
